The Marshalltown City Council will meet this afternoon at 5:30 at City Hall. Resolutions to be voted upon are on today`s agenda: one has to do with a tobacco free policy for parks, trails, library and library grounds, another has to do with the operation of the Municipal Band, an agreement with the Marshall County Arts and Culture Alliance, and a third resolution has to do with a grant application to the Martha Ellen Tye Foundation about a feasibility study of Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
