The number of COVID cases in the state and Marshall County is down a little bit, as compared to the week before. 72 new cases reported by the Marshall County Public Health Department, nearly 94-hundred new cases state wide.

There has been a 14 percent increase this past week in the number of Covid patients in Iowa hospitals. As of yesterday, 721 Iowans were hospitalized with rona, 24 percent of those in intensive care.

The state report shows 72 percent of Iowans age 12 and up have had at least one dose of a Covid vaccine.
