The Marshall County Board of Supervisors has appointed Chief Deputy Joel Phillips as County Sheriff and appointed assistant County Attorney Jordan Gaffney as County Attorney. The appointments are effective as of today. Both Phillips and Gaffney will complete the terms in office of their predecessors until the November 2022 general election.
