(Adel, IA) – Dallas County Authorities have a mystery on their hands after an injured man was discovered lying in the roadway. It happened in the 27000 block of 360th Street. Police say, 27-year-old Jesse Edwards of Adel was found unresponsive and suffering from severe head injuries. Investigators have determined that Edwards was injured at the Booneville Boat Ramp. He was taken to a local hospital. His condition is not being released at this time.
