A couple at rural LeGrand, engaged to be married have lost everything to a house fire that took place. Lisa Tichy and her fiancee Brody Kellogg are okay, they have insurance and a place to stay. Three of their dogs are also displaced. Tichy is the co-founder of the Diamond in the Ruff Pet Rescue operation. A fund has been started to raise money so that a shed can be constructed for the displaced dogs.
