Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook was named MVP of the NBA All-Star game, giving him the award for the second straight season. Westbrook led the Western Conference with 31 points, eight rebounds and five assists in a 196-173 win over the Eastern Conference in Toronto. The 369 combined points and the West’s 196 points were NBA All-Star records.
