On September 19th 2012 a Detective with the Marshalltown Police Department was contacted by Dr. Dennis Drager of the Animal Medical Clinic concerning an employee whom he suspected had been stealing money from the clinic.
The Police Department then began a 3 month long investigation that culminated today with the arrest of the former Animal Medical Clinic employee.
Abby Jo Kjormoe 30 yrs old of Marshalltown, Iowa turned herself into Detectives this morning with her attorney. Ms. Kjormoe was arrested and released pending her Initial Appearance in court on December 28th 2012.
Kjormoe is charged with Ongoing Criminal Conduct, a Class B Felony, 1st degree theft, Class C Felony, Tampering with Records, an aggravated misdemeanor, and Unauthorized Computer Access, which is a serious misdemeanor.
