Police have questioned a man who was flying a drone inside Citizens Bank Park during a Philadelphia Phillies game.

Authorities say Phillies staff first spotted the remote-controlled drone near the third-base gate on Sunday but it landed in a parking lot outside.

Team security director Sal DeAngelis tells The Philadelphia Inquirer the drone did not fly over the field or disrupt the game against the Colorado Rockies.

DeAngelis says the man cooperated and was released without being charged. His drone, which had a camera attached, was confiscated but will be returned. WPVI-TV reports Phillies security asked the man to erase images taken with the drone, citing intellectual property.

Federal Aviation Administration rules bar flying drones below 3,000 feet and within three miles of large baseball or football stadiums.

Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel is on the practice field in front of journalists for the first time since his release from rehab.

Sporting a shorter haircut, Manziel is taking part in Cleveland's first practice of the third phase of the team's offseason program. Manziel spent 10 weeks at Caron Addiction Treatment Center in Pennsylvania for an unspecified issue before being discharged on April 10.

The former Heisman Trophy winner recently moved out of his downtown apartment to a golf community on Cleveland's west side. But while Manziel hasn't spoken to reporters since the end of his rough rookie season, he has kept a public profile by attending several Cavaliers playoff games.

Browns coach Mike Pettine and several of Manziel's teammates have praised his re-commitment following a first year in which he played poorly in two starts. He'll open camp as Cleveland's No. 2 quarterback behind Josh McCown.
