DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — A Des Moines man has been accused of walking around his neighbor's house with a loaded gun.

Des Moines police say 45-year-old Robert William Webb was arrested Wednesday. He faces charges of carrying weapons and unauthorized possession of offensive weapons. Court records do not list an attorney.

A witness told police that he saw Webb arguing with a couple before he later appeared alone with a revolver in his hand. Webb is accused of loading the gun and walking around a neighbor's house and looking around.

Police found Webb on his patio, sitting in a lawn chair with a revolver next to him. Authorities confiscated additional weapons in Webb's house.

Webb remains at the Polk County Jail on a $4,000 bond.
