Marshalltown parents face child endangerment charges.

Two Marshalltown parents face felony child endangerment charges after a two year old child was found wandering about a block away from their residence Sunday night.

 
Captain Mike Hanken of the Marshalltown Police Department identifies the parents as 40 year old James Kenneth Woods and 20 year old Melissa Crusen.
 
Authorities were called to the 500 block of Summit Street in Marshalltown where the two year old boy was found okay on a sidewalk.
 
Captain Hanken says the Department of Human Services was alerted to assist with the investigation of the case.
