Marshalltown Public Art Committee is Seeking Public Input

The Marshalltown Public Art Committee is seeking public input about three public art concepts for the 13th Street District.

Mary Giese is the Executive Director of the Marshall County Arts and Culture Alliance and she says displays of three concepts will be located at several different locations in hopes of getting input for the community.

People can see the concepts for themselves at the following locations:
  • The Marshall Town Center
  • Marshalltown Public Library*
  • Morning Glory Bakery
  • Iowa Veterans Home
  • The Embers
  • Franklin Elementary
  • Marshalltown Community College Student Union
  • Marshalltown High School
*She says members of the Selections Jury will be resent at the Marshalltown Public Library to answer questions and hear feedback Tuesday, December 10th, between 5:00 and 7:00 PM.
