DES MOINES, Iowa (AP) — The trial of a Des Moines pharmacist has been delayed until October.

Mark Graziano has pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to distribute drugs, wire fraud and tax evasion. The indictments stem from the disappearance of nearly 700,000 pills of addictive painkillers.

Graziano's June 2 trial date has been changed to Oct. 27. Defense and prosecution lawyers requested the delay, which was granted by U.S. District Judge James Gritzner.

Another man, Andrew Michael Enloe, is accused of helping Graziano. Enloe has pleaded not guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute drugs.
