Crop report is out.

The latest Iowa crop report is out from the USDA:
 
Topsoil moisture levels are 73 percent adequate while the subsoil moisture levels are 77 percent adequate.
 
26 percent of the corn acreage was silking, 76% of the corn was in good to excellent condition, 73% of the soybean crop was rated in good to excellent condition.
 
The state climatologist Harry Hillaker says the highest temperature last week was at Sidney where they hit 96, the lowest temp was at Spencer with a reading of 50.
 
The most rain recorded was at Denison with 4.64 inches of rain.
