Take some prime real estate on campus, add some “what-ifs” to it and you have the vision unveiled yesterday at Iowa State to build a multi-use entertainment district between jack Trice and Hilton Coliseum.

ISU Athletic Director Jamie Pollard unveiled the early stages of the plan which is in the very early stages. A feasibility study, to the tune of $300,000 is the first big step. Pollard says while the athletics program has a “bold vision” for where we want to go, he also believes it could be transformational for the university and the Ames community.
