It was not a fun night in Spartan country for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

Tenth ranked Michigan State closed the opening half on a 17-8 run then scored the first nine points of the second half in a 90-68 win.

Hawkeye freshman Joe Weiskamp (wees-camp) limped to the locker room with an ankle injury in the second half and did not return. We’ll see if he is ready for the Cy-Hawk showdown come Thursday.
