Steve Sodders has pulled out of the race for the Marshall County Auditor/Recorder’s position in the upcoming election.

In a post on Facebook, Sodders indicated he could not commit the “…full breadth of service necessary to fulfill the requirements…” of the office.

Sodders added circumstances have changed for him since the Marshall County Democrats Party designated him as its candidate.

The soon-to-be-retired Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy wished incumbent Nan Benson his very best as she continues in the position.
