23 girls and 24 boys team gathered for the MCC Bobcat Cross Country Invitational at Marshalltown Community College.

Johnston took the girls title, while Dowling Catholic topped the boys stadnings.

Ames was 13^th, Iowa Falls-Alden/AGWSR 14^th, Marshalltown 18^th, East Marshall 19^th GMG 21^st and BCLUW 22^nd in the girls competition.

On the boys side, Ames finsihed 11^th, Marshalltown 17^th, BCLUW 19^th, East Marshall 21^st, GMG 22^nd, Iowa Falls-Alden/AGWSR 23^rd.

Most other Cross Country meets yesterday fell victim to soggy grounds, not that the MCC course was totally dry…
