A Marshalltown man was arrested Friday after he didn’t appreciate the help that police officers were trying to give him during a reported domestic dispute.

22-year old Roeles Cavazos wouldn’t cooperate when Marshalltown Police showed up. He assaulted one of three officers and eventually was tased. Cavazos was arrested on an assortment of charges, including interference with officers and child endangerment. Aside from the officer receiving a few cuts and scrapes, no one was seriously injured.
