Polls are open in Marshalltown and will open at noon in Eldora for voting to fill vacant City Council seats in both communities.
In Marshalltown, 2nd Ward voters can choose among the five candidates at the Malloy Hall at the Iowa Veteran’s Home.
In Eldora residents can choose from among three candidates in voting at the Hardin County Courthouse.
