The Miller Middle School jazz band competed at the Jazz Summit at Coe College in Cedar Rapids on Friday, February 23. Out of eight competing bands, the Miller jazz band took third place in the competition. Miller eighth grader Moses Albarran earned an honorable mention for his outstanding jazz solo.
