31 Iowans died last week due to influenza complications and that brings the state total to 157 since October according to the Iowa Department of Public Health.  Officials said it is the worst since 2009 when the swine flu was dominate.  However, Methodist Medical Center doctors are reporting a sharp decline in patients with flu-like symptoms.
