After 28 years of leadership, Jana Enfield has announced her retirement as the Executive Director of Child Abuse Prevention Services, or CAPS, in Marshalltown. Board President John Fink has announced that Linda Havelka will succeed Enfield as the Executive Director of CAPS.
Enfield’s last day at CAPS will be February 28th.
