It looks like no private company wants to buy the Iowa Communications Network. Iowa Senate President Jack Whitver is supporting the sale of the state owned fiber optic network.

However, Whitver says when the ICN was put up for sale, the state did not receive a single bid. Whitver adds that it may be time to pull the plug on the network.
