The owner of a West Des Moines store has been charged with the attempted production of child pornography.

Robert Kuhn, who owns Wayback Records, was ordered to be detained yesterday pending trail. Charges stem from an incident in August when a minor employee of the store discovered a camera in the bathroom of the business.
