The Iowa women got back on the “w” side of the ledger with an 80 to 59 victory over Samford yesterday in Carver-Hawkeye Arena. Megan Gustafson again led  the way with 18 points. The Iowa next take on Iowa State on Wednesday.

Also yesterday, Creighton needed four overtimes to knock off the Drake women 108 to 100.
