The very latest crop report from the USDA indicated that the harvest in the state of Iowa is virtually over with the exception of pockets of southern Iowa that have been slowed down by the weather. There were some temperature extremes last week including three reporting stations that checked in with high temperature readings of 77! And Rock Rapids in far northwest Iowa which had a low temp for the week of 13 above. Lester in Lyon County on Friday the 18th of November had a four and a half inch snowfall.
