The Iowa River at Marshalltown continues a slow fall in the midst of river flood warning issued by the National Weather Service. The stage this morning was 18 point 32 feet, flood stage is 19 feet. Flood concerns here are far less than in parts of eastern and northeastern Iowa where it has been a wet September.
