Isolated rain, thundershowers, and lightning were in the listening area on Wednesday morning. No real concerns from the weather people about severe activity though. Also the activity should have no bearing on the events at the Iowa State Fair in Des Moines today. In Northern Iowa last night a small storm impacted Winnebago and Cerro Gordo Counties with a bit of severe weather.
