We are getting to the point in the summer time where one has going to have to drag ones feet to make the summer last longer with some of the back to school innuendo going on. To that end the Marshall County community of Haverhill will be having Haverhill Days Saturday and Sunday in the town which is located south of Marshalltown and west of Iowa Highway 14. Organizers say there will be live music Saturday night from the band Abby Normal and Sunday from Hawk McIntyre who has made quite a name for himself lately. Kids activities both days and a nostalgic car show is scheduled for Sunday.
