Megan Pansegrau, a student from East Marshall High School, was named 2016 Fair Queen at the Central Iowa Fair on Wednesday afternoon. Elizabeth Emley was named Queen runner up. In a random drawing Taylor Thomas was named Little Miss Fair Princess. Ashley Arnote was named Miss Congeniality and Most Photogenic. Pansegrau will go on to represent Marshall County at next months Iowa State Fair in Des Moines.
