Woman Arrested on Domestic Abuse Assault Charges

The Marshalltown Police Department reports a 34-year-old woman was arrested on charges of Domestic Abuse Assault Causing Bodily Injury or Mental Illness. The suspect is identified as Gayla Mounce.
