(Jasper County, IA) – A Jasper County man who escaped a prison sentence for sexually abusing a minor, may not be so lucky this time around. 20-year-old Bradley Delk was given three years probation in April, as part of a plea deal with prosecutors. Delk was convicted of raping a 12-year-old girl at a Jasper County home in 2013. During a routine visit to his home, Delk’s parole officer discovered evidence of child pornography. Delk will be back in court on June 20th. He faces five years in prison.
