An 18-year-old man faces charges by the Marshalltown Police Department of driving on the wrong side of a two way highway and possession of a controlled substance – marijuana. The suspect is identified as Jermaine Oden who was arrested early Saturday morning in the 700 Block of North Center Street in Marshalltown.
