There was an accident early in the morning on Memorial Day in Marshalltown involving a police vehicle and another vehicle at South 9th Street and West Church Streets. Rain was falling at the time. The area is a busy stretch of traffic in particular going south and north bound. The driver of the other vehicle was reportedly a female.
