A woman from Marshalltown won a $10,000 prize from the Iowa Lottery. Officials say Jennifer Santiago Estrada won in the Slots of Fruit scratch game. She bought her ticket at Eastside Liquor and Grocery in Marshalltown and claimed her prize at lottery headquarters in Clive.
