A sexual assault suspect was found and arrested outside a convenience store parking lot in Marshalltown Monday morning. Authorities say 48-year old Harvell Murphy is accused of Third Degree Sexual Abuse. According to reports a woman called in the alleged assault very early Monday morning and the suspect was discovered along 3rd Avenue. Murphy is being held in the Marshall County Jail on a bond of $10,000.
