A Marshalltown man has been arrested on charges of Third Degree Sexual Abuse. The suspect is identified as 20-year old Glenn Menter. Menter stands accused of having inappropriate contact with a 15-year old girl. The investigation dates back to February and continues with a court date set for May 23.
