In cloudy yet temperate weather conditions in Marshalltown, the Marshalltown Community College softball team swept a pair of games Tuesday against Ellsworth Community College by scores of 8-0 and 13-5. Freshmen Paige Taylor in in the opener threw a one hitter against the Panthers. M-C-C improved to 13-4 with the pair of wins. They next play at home on Friday against Iowa Western Community College at three p-m on the campus here in Marshalltown.
