(Des Moines, IA) – The state will pay out nearly 250-thousand-dollars, for a consulting firm to help three Iowa cities, find new tenants for empty state-owned buildings. The Iowa Economic Development Board, has hired the Matrix Design Group, to find new tenants for facilities in Toledo, Clarinda and Mt. Pleasant. Governor Branstad, recently shut down a juvenile detention facility in Toledo and two mental health centers in Clarinda and Mt. Pleasant.
